The living room and second bedroom both overlook the main street, Via Quintino Sella, and face east, thereby giving lots of good natural light in the mornings. The kitchen, large bath and main bedroom all face west, and get lots of sunlight during the middle to late hours of the day. The smaller bathroom faces south, overlooking Via Isonzo, and a view of the city center. This accomodation has a very ample entryway and central corridor area. It is fully-furnished, and is able to satisfy the most demanding hosting and cooking needs. Heating is fully-independent, and AC is also provided. Double-paned windows and french doors provide a cozy environment. The west side of the accomodation is particularly tranquil, as it overlooks and internal courtyard area and Via Isonzo. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, stoves and oven, and of course, a full set of both cookware and dish/silverware. TV, high-speed wifi Internet, and washing machine are all provided. If needed, a private garage is also available, for a small- to medium-sized vehicle.
