Hi, I am offering a single room to visiting students or researchers. The house is set amidst the woods, but attached to other houses, it develops over 3 floors. Ground floor hosts the garage and laundry, first floor (with garden) hosts the large kitchen, a single room, bathroom with shower, dining room, lounge. The top floor hosts another lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has wi fi internet, tv, a pleasant garden with patio and outdoor cooking and eating facilities. The kitchen is brand new, with huge fridge, dishwasher, BBQ outside.
I have two private parking places. Bus 44 coming from Trieste Piazza Oberdan stops in front the drive. Ride time is 30 minutes. The house is ideal if you work at Sissa, or ICGB, OCG, Sincrotrone, Elettra and even Monfalcone and Ronchi.
In the summer you can ride a bike to the beach, all year round you can enjoy long walks along the beautiful costiera. The village has an excellent butcher, great pub, pizzeria, baker, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, newsagent and 3 bars!!!
