I have two bedrooms available from september; they are inside a small flat with a nice kitchen and sitting room with TV, a bathroom with the washing machine; all is included in the price: electricity, hot water and heating, internet wi-fi, the cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen once a week, I supply all the linen and wash it. The place is in the centre of the town and near most university departements; the area is full of shops and coffee bars and a bus stop just round the corner; the price is to be intended per person all included in a double room
