The bedsit is inside a medieval building, there is a big bed but also a folding sofa, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. All is included in the price: electricity, gas, hot water, heating, internet wi-fi and I supply bed/bath clothes and wash them , cleaning once a week.....That is the cost for long staying for one person; agreement is needed for a shorter staying and for more than one person
