Hello potential flatmates,
One of our flatmates is moving so we are looking for someone to move into her room.

US

We are three people:
- a Calabrian girl who is 29 year old, works in an art gallery, cooks cookies almost in a compulsory way!
- a guy from Campania region, 30, our computer scientist, always handy to have one at home!
- and another guy from Argentina, 28, plays music, studies Politics and works at a bookstore.

THE LOCATION + THE HOUSE

The apartment is located in a tiny and silent street between Manzoni and San Giovanni tube stations, closer to Manzoni though. Many bus lines as well!

Supermarket, pubs and bars open all night long, plenty of restaurants. Good connections to Termini, San Lorenzo (Sapienza Uni). One minute walk from via Merulana and seven minutes walk to Colosseo. How great is that? If you know Rome, then you know it. If you don't know Rome, we're delighted to tell you that being 7' walk from the Colosseum is quite good!

In the house there are four rooms and a large kitchen that we also use as a lounge, mainly because there's no lounge - but there are two toilets (that we don't use as a lounge though!).

The room is truly big. It is a double room to be used as a single one.
We have FastWeb, the best internet supplier in Italy!

YOU

Since we are two guys and one girl, we would prefer another girl to keep the balance. Anyway, we're happy to meet everyone.
We are 28-30 and we would also give priority to someone who is moooore or leeeeeeess the same age than us.

We like to spend time together, the odd drink in the evening after a day at work, watch a film, host friends who are around every now and then, basically to make the space ours - while respecting each one's own privacy.

We speak Italian, English (and the Argie can even speak Spanish! the Calabrian can speak Calabrian and the Salernitan can speak Napolitean, a truly multi culti house, come on!) and we get on very well with each other. We look for someone who fits in the house and in the group.


The landlord registers the contract, absolutely everything is signed so you can set your residence here if you wanted to.
He also wants someone who stays for long term, so we're afraid we cannot accept short stays =(

The room is available from the 1st of July.
Rent is € 500 plus bills - that normally don't arrive to € 50.
