The rooms
These rooms are in a newly renovated home, cool in summer and warm in winter. It benefits from excellent exposure to sunlight and is very close to the shopping centers on Via Appia Nuova. The monumental complex on Via Mirandola 30 is very nice, well maintained, quiet and enjoys an excellent service offered by our custodian Monica. The rooms of the house are very comfortable and spacious, with beautiful white beds in leather and exclusive bathrooms equipped with modern, multiple-outlet showers.

The price listed is that for one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Suites 1 and 2 have ensuite bathrooms and Room 3 has access to the bathroom in the hall for exclusive use.

The neighborhood
A wonderful neighborhood in central Rome, a stone's throw from a beautiful green oasis, Villa Fiorelli and Via Appia Nuova, a wonderful, prolific shopping street. The house is well-connected with the center of Rome, easily reached both by bus (n.85 and n.16 which connects to Termini and Piazza Indipendenza). The house is a six-minute walk from the Ponte Lungo tube stop on the A Line and an eight-minute walk from the Piazza Re di Roma tube stop, also on the A Line. Furthermore, two minutes away and in walking distance of the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran is the Tuscolana station.
