Close to the apartment you can find all sort of shops, supermarkets, corner markets, pharmacies, pizzerias, coffee shops, banks, post offices, gyms, swimming pool, and everything is a lot more affordable than in the historical centre of Rome! And the area is SAFE!

The apartment have a fully equipped kitchen (table for three persons, big refriferator, cooker, electric oven, kitchen's pots, cutlery, etc) and one bathroom (shower and bathtub).
Of course there is washing machine (washing powder is included), iron, hairdryer, etc.
Upstairs there is a large half covered common terrace where you can dry your clothes (and sunbathing if you like it!).

The room is very bright and noiseless, overlooking the courtyard (with a beautiful garden) and furnished with a single bed, a very big cupbpoard, a night table, a writing desk, lamps, chairs and a basket for dirty clothes.

Bed sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels are available too if needed.

I personally take care of the weekly cleaning of common spaces.

The room is just for a CLEAN and RESPECTFUL girl.

No smokers.

No pets.

No guests allowed (especially no overnight guests allowed).

Avaliable from the 7th May until the 19th May or from the 20th June forward: 450 Euros per month, 150 Euros per week or 25 Euros per night (electricity and gas bills, water, INTERNET WI-FI 24h, condominium fees, garbage tax, property taxes, etc. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED)!
