Cerco un coinquilino/a con cui condividere un appartamento situato alle spalle del MACRO in un'area ben collegata e fornita di servizi. Nell'appartamento ci sono due ampie camere singole con letto matrimoniale. Una è affittata da me. L'altra è arredata, con letto matrimoniale ed è affittata a 600€ mensili, (575+25 spese di condominio). Sono esclusi i costi di gas (riscaldamento autonomo), corrente elettrica e internet (fastweb) che ammontano complessivamente a circa 45€ mensili a testa. Io Ingegnere Aerospaziale presso l'Agenzia Spaziale Italiana. La camera è disponibile preferibilmente per periodi brevi (3 mesi) a partire da giugno.





I'm looking for a flatmate to share my flat. It is located just at the back of MACRO Museum in a nice and well connected area. There are two large sinlge rooms in the flat (more than 20 sq meters each). I am living in one, while I'm renting the other as a single room with double bed. The price is 600 €/month, (575+25 for "condominio"). The heating is autonomous and, as the flat is quite warm even in winter we always paid not much for it (about 10 €/month each). Electricity is about 20 €/month each and internet wi-fi connection 15€/month each. The room will be rented preferably for short periods (3 months) starting from june.
