Hi, I've got an apartment near the centre of Rome, exactly in the Piramide area, 5 minutes walking from the Piramide metro station.
The apartment is composed by 1 main room w/ kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom w/ 2 single beds, 1 little utility room and 2 balconies.
The apartment "is ready to use", I mean you have the washing machine A class, the flat-iron and the ironing, the fridge A class, the TV and all the stuff you need to cook. (the "A class" means that you have less costs of electricity and it reduces the extra charges)

Prices:
one bed on the share bedroom: 380€/month + extra charges,
whole apartment: 700€/month + extra charges.
(note: the "extra charges" are the heating, gas and electricity and it's around 60-70€/month for the whole apartment)

The apartment will be available from the 1st of March 2015.
