What we liked most

You will love having access to your own patio, where you can sit back in the outdoor table with a book and read in the fresh air. In this exterior space you will also find the washing machine, and there is a rack so you can dry your washing outdoors.
In the apartment you will find an iron and an ironing board.
There is a radio in the kitchen, allowing you to play some tunes while you cook.
In the bedroom there is good storage space for your clothes and other personal items, being furnished with a shoe rack, some shelves, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
There are two air-conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one by the living area.

Things to keep in mind

Tenants will need to pay a building fee of 38 euros per month.
The TV is attached to the wall in the bedroom.
The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. A two-minute walk will take you to Reti, where you can access tram lines 2, 3 and 19 and bus line N11. A twenty-minute walk will take you to Termini, where you can catch regional and international trains, and also access the metro network.
