What we liked most

The living room is extremely spacious and the windows, including the skylight, lets in plenty of sunlight.
There is a fireplace in the living room!
The kitchen has a lot of color and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, so tenants do not have to worry about doing the dishes after meals.
The house has a lot of spunk with bursts of color everywhere. Even the radiators are painted!
There is a safe in the storage room where you can keep your valuables.
The main bedroom is big and has abundant storage space.
Tenants have access to the common pool surrounded by green space and a play area.

Things to keep in mind

Though located outside of the city center, the house is surrounded by green area where tenants can enjoy walks or exercise.
The landlord will provide a TV.

Additional details

This has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks on the terrace of the apartment. The price of rent includes electricity, water, gas, and wi-fi. The landlord requires weekly cleaning, which costs an additional 170 euros per month. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month) and the maximum lease is 360 days (12 months).
