I have single and double rooms to rent in a nice flat of 130m2 to share with other students.

The flat is located in a quiet street, 7-8 min walking from Conca D'oro subway station, and then 9 min to La Sapienza. Supermarket, restaurants, shops and a park are at walking distance.

The flat of 130m2, is newly refurbished, with full wooden floors, 3 bathrooms, balconies, garden, washing machine, fast internet, phone with free calls to mobile phones! It has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen dining room with double door fridge (American style), dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine.

I am an ex Erasmus student, and I remember the nice experience to share a flat with people from all around the world, but I also remember the "quality" of the rooms where I was. I assure you, this flat is well over the average flat for students. giorgio.ghigi.at.inwind.it

Prices from €285 for bed in a double room XL to €445 for single room. Short, medium stay is fine.
