I am renting out a large twin room for sole use. The room is furnished with two beds and bedside table, two writing tables and chairs, two wardrobes and a mirror. It is a very bright room with access to the terrace.
The room is in a flat located in a quiet street a few minutes away from "Re Di Roma" subway station and from "Tuscolana" railroad station, which is connected to Fiumicino Airport.
Kitchen, washing machine and internet wireless ADSL connection are available. The bathroom is shared with another room. I have a sociable and quiet little dog.
The rent is € 550 per month, including all utilities.
