L'appartamento, all'interno di un palazzo recentemente restaurato, è formato da tre stanze, due bagni, soggiorno-cucina, balcone.
Sono presenti: lavatrice, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a gas e a microonde, tv, telefono, connessione internet wi-fi, riscaldamento autonomo, pulizia settimanale della casa.
La stanza in affitto è arredata, è presente un armadio, una scrivania. Il letto è ad una piazza e mezza.
Il prezzo mensile è di 550 euro, tutte le spese sono incluse.
Ben collegato con i mezzi (bus 44, 871, 870, Tram 8), a pochi metri dalla splendida Villa Pamphili.
Offro pulizia, serietà e rispetto, qualità che pretendo da chi vivrà nell’appartamento.
Io sono un ingegnere di 31 anni, vivo nell'appartamento solo per qualche weekend al mese.

The apartment, in a recently restored mansion, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room-kitchen, balcony.
There’s a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, TV, telephone, 24 hours wi-fi internet connection, weekly cleaning of the house, the heating is independent.
The room rent is furnished, there’s a deep closet, a large desk, the bed is a square and a half.
The monthly price is 550 Euro, all costs are included. The apartment is well connected by public transport (bus 44, 871, 870, Tram 8, you can reach the centre in 15 min or trastevere in 10 min) a few meters from the beautiful Villa Pamphili.
I want a clean person, serious, respectful, with regard to timely payments.
I'm a 31 years old mechanical engineer, I live in the apartment only a few weekends in a month.
