La casa è in una posizione ottima, a 5 min. (a piedi) dalla stazione Tiburtina, in una zona commerciale con molti negozi, ristoranti, e attività varie. E' un appartamento grande più di 100 mq e con terrazzo da 30 mq. E' al primo piano e vi è anche l' ascensore. Inoltre ci sono 2 bagni e cucina abitabile con ripostiglio/veranda.

The apartment is only 500 metres far from Tiburtina Station. The condominium has a lift but the flat is on the first floor.
