Apartment description
This great apartment is divided in two parts: the first part has a bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom, all for private use; and the second part where the landlady lives. The apartment is on a rised ground floor in a beautiful classic building from 1931 and is completely exterior.
What we liked the most
The entrance of the building and the front garden are very nice
The street is quiet but the neighboorhood is well connected and has everything you need
The rised ground floor protects you from humidity
Things to keep in mind
The landlady who is a nice older woman, lives in the other half of the apartment. She, and her visitors, use the same door to access her part of the apartment, however she does not use the kitchen and bathroom shown in the listing, which are for private use of the tenant.

Neighborhood description
The Nomentano neighborhood is decidedly residential and one of the students favourites. It’s mostly slightly upscale and considered by most Romans to be desirable areas to live in. You will find some more modern architecture here (i.e. from the early 1900’s as well as earlier.) For the most part, this area is considered to be very safe.
