Disponibilità anche per uso singolo. La cucina è in comune. L'appartamento è di tre stanze doppie ognuna con il suo bagno.
10 minuti a piedi fermata Arco di Travertino metro A. Le stanze, al piano terra della casa, dispongono di uno spazio esterno utilizzabile come giardino e come parcheggio per mezzi a due ruote.
Per la stanza in questione chiedo 400 euro. Al costo vanno aggiunti i consumi. Presente wi-fi con connessione in fibra ottica. Essendo una casa indipendente non ci sono oneri condominiali da corrispondere. Disponibilità da metà/fine giugno.

ENGLISH - I am renting, preferably to students, a double room (single use also) in a quiet place near by "arco di travertino" stop of Metro A (10 minutes walk). This is a 3 bedrooms flat and the room I am talking about will be available mid/end of june onwards. In the other 2 bedrooms are staying couples of young workers/student. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (the one of the room available is straight inside the room), the kitchen is shared. The flat is already furnished. It is at the ground level of a "stand alone" house and there is also a small outside space/garden that the persons who live there can use (also scooter/bike parking). I ask 400€ for the room that is currently available, than you have to add the bills (electricity, gas, etc...) shared with the other persons of course. Wi-fi with optic fiber connection available. Just take into consideration that you have no fixed expenses because the house is independent so you don’t have to pay anything related to the “building costs”.
