La stanza ha aria condizionata, internet è collegato via cavo e via wi-fi, ed è dotata di un balcone arredato. Bagno, cucina e un salotto sono in condivisione. L'appartamento ha delle spese, per i consumi, che sarebbero da dividere in 2 (elettricità, gas, telefono). L'affitto include acqua, condominio e riscaldamento. Numero massimo degli inquilini: 1. Si escludono studenti. L'appartamento è in condivisione con me. Sono un insegnante di inglese. Cerco fondamentalmente una persona abbastanza tranquilla e che lavori, che sia rispettosa degli spazi comuni.
The room is in a well and comfortably furnished flat, in a quiet area which is excellently linked to the public transport network (underground A, Ponte Lungo station is very close). The room has some facilities, such as air conditioning, internet (wired and wireless) and a furnished balcony. Bathroom, kitchen and a living in room are shared. The rent is inclusive of water and heating. The flat has some furthers costs, bills which will be shared in two (electricity, gas, phone/internet). It is a double room but meant just for one person. The flat is shared with myself only. I am a teacher of English. I'm looking for a nice and quiet person, preferably a worker, but more importantly, respectful of the shared areas of the flat
