The house is large (4 rooms and 2 bathrooms), well furnished and bright, and has been recently renovated. It's in San Lorenzo, the university district of Rome, on the 5th floor with the elevator. In the house there is wi-fi and a person comes to clean the common areas 1 time per week. I live in the home and I'm looking for some Erasmus students or foreign girls. 1 room is avalaible . Two Erasmus girls from Germany are here untill the end of July. An other one from Great Britain for the same well. 3 rooms will be free from 1 September, for the next Erasmus year.
The area is well served with cinemas, markets, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants. The building is within walking distance from the bus stop (71 - 492-3-19), ten minutes walk from metro stations (A-Piazza Vittorio, B-Policlinico), and train station (Termini and Tiburtina). The price is 500 euro all included. NON SMOKING

La casa è grande (4 stanze e due bagni), ben arredata e luminosa, ed è stata ristrutturata di recente. E' a San Lorenzo, il quartiere universitario di Roma, al 5 piano con ascensore.
Nella casa in cui abito, sto cercando altre coinquiline straniere o Erasmus. Due ragazze dalla Germania e un'altra dalla Gran Bretagna sono qui fino alla fine di luglio. Tre stanze sono disponibili dal 1 settembre per il prossimo anno Erasmus.
La zona è ben servita, con cinema, mercatino, supermercati, banche, bar e ristoranti. Lo stabile è a pochi passi dalla fermata dell’autobus (71- 492-3-19), a dieci minuti a piedi da fermate della metro (A-Piazza Vittorio; B-Policlinico), e stazioni dei treni (Termini-Tiburtina).
Il prezzo è tutto incluso, compresa una persona che viene a pulire gli spazi comuni una volta alla settimana ;))). NO FUMATORI
