Si è appena liberata una spaziosa camera con balconcino privato e noi cerchiamo un coetaneo, professionista 27/35 anni (NO SUDENTI) per una ampia camera arredata, in quartiere residenziale. La stanza è proprio sopra la metro Baldo degli Ubaldi, a cinque minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Ha anche un balconcino privato. E' provvista di armadio, cassettiere, scrivania, sedie, letto matrimoniale, mensoline per i libri. La casa (compreso il bagno) è nuova ed è stata ritinteggiata di recente. Per le pulizie, che riteniamo una cosa fondamentsale, viene ad aiutarci una domestica di fiducia
(compreso nel prezzo delle bollette). Abbiamo ovviamente una connessione wifi. Lo stabile ha servizio di portierato e ha la fermata del 490 di fronte casa oltre ad avere a 100 metri il 49, il 46 e altri autobus che permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città in pochi minuti. CONTRATTO REGISTRATO. L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato, pulito e accogliente. L'ideale per chi ha bisogno di tranquillità. Io sono una giornalista nel campo dell'arte e dell' intrattenimento.


I have a very nice room available since June. It is big and it includes a little balcony.
We had several international flatmates, we like to share time with other people, but we like our privacy too. We would like to guest someone as old as us, it means around 30. We have a colf coming to clean home twice a week.
The apartment is new and painted just last years. It's composed by three single rooms, a big new bathroom, a common garden and two balconies, plus a comforting hall. It is really close to the Vatican. The subway stop is just in front of the frontdoor, and there are any kind of bus you need to go everywhere. The supermarket is just ten walks from home and so all other shops you need.
I am an art director in the field of Art and Movies and I use write as a journalist too. I love New York and I often go there for a coupple of months to work in some art galleries.
We use to have dinner with friends from all over the world: my house is like a meeting experiences place.
