Sotto casa c'è l'autobus che passa ogni 10 minuti e che in 10 minuti porta alla fermata di METRO LAURENTINA (linea B).

Nell'appartamento c'è solo un'altro ragazzo, di 29 anni, lavoratore. :P

The house is on the seventh and last floor, it is 90sqm and is on two levels, rooms and a bathroom upstairs while downstairs there are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, closet and a balcony. The condo is a very large area, with pool and tennis courts and park inside. The neighborhood is called Roma70, near the shopping center "I Granai". Under the house is the bus that runs every 10 minutes and it takes 10 minutes to reach METRO LAURENTINA (line B) stop station.

In the apartment there is just another guy, he is 29 year old, and he is a worker. He speaks Italian and English! : P
