Ritinteggiata di recente, con mobili e materassi nuovi, la camera è ampia e ariosa. Preferiremmo un coetaneo/a professionista. Il quartiere è residenziale. La stanza è proprio sopra la metro Baldo degli Ubaldi, a cinque minuti dal Policlinico Gemelli. Ha anche un balconcino privato che da sulla strada ed è completo di tavolino per le tiepide sere d'estate. E' provvista di armadio, cassettiera, scrivania, sedie, due letti singoli. La casa (compreso il bagno) è nuova ed è stata ritinteggiata l'anno scorso. Ci teniamo alla pulizia e per aiutarci abbiamo una domestica di fiduciache viene a cadenza bisettimanale. Internet di ordinanza. L'affitto prevede contratto. L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato, pulito e soprattutto accogliente. Abbiamo in affitto anche un'altra stanza più grande e con il giardino.


I have a very nice room available since April. It is big and it includes a little garden in common with me.
We had several international flatmates, we like to share time with other people, but we like our privacy too. We would like to guest someone as old as us, it means around 30. We have a colf coming to clean home once a week, but we could manage some kind of cleaning turns if you prefer.
The apartment is new and painted just last years. It's composed by three single rooms, a big new bathroom, a common garden and two balconies, plus a comforting hall. It is really close to the Vatican. The subway stop is just in front of the door, and there are any kind of bus you need to go everywhere. The supermarket is just ten walks from home and so all other shops you need.
I am an art director in the field of Art and Movies and I use write as a journalist too. I love New York and I often go there for a coupple of months to work in some art galleries.
We use to have dinner with friends from all over the world: my house is like a meeting experiences place.
