A Perugia affitto camere singole, doppie in appartamento in centro città in zona molto ben servita da tutti i servizi di prima necessità.
In zona ci sono banche, bar, poste, negozi, pub, ristoranti, market ecc.....
Vicino casa ci sono le fermate di tutti i principali mezzi pubblici di comunicazione, taxi, bus urbani.
A pochi metri da casa ci sono le fermata degli autobus per raggiungere comodamente ogni angolo della città e delle facoltà universitarie come l'Università dei Sapori, Medicina, Ingegneria etc.
Invece proprio a lato del palazzo c'è secondaria stazione ferroviaria di Sant'Anna e il Terminal di Piazza Partigiani dove partono e arrivano innumerevoli autobus con linee Extra Urbane e Nazionali per raggiungere le principali mete umbre e le maggiori città storiche e d'arte italiane.
Vicinissimo ci sono le comodissime scale mobili che in pochissimi minuti conducono in centro storico comodamente a piedi in 5 minuti.
L'appartamento è al terzo piano in un palazzo moderno, silenzioso, luminoso e con ascensore.
Le camere in tutto sono sei, di cui quattro singole e due doppie, tutte ben arredate con letto, armadio, libreria, scrivania ecc..
Anche le parti comuni sono ben attrezzate, con accessori di prima necessità.
Nell'ingresso c'è una bacheca per le informazioni e i messaggi tra host e inquilini, attaccapanni e porta ombrelli.
In sala da pranzo c'è un grande tavolo, due frigoriferi, mobile dispensa, tv e adsl.
La cucina di tipo componibile è attrezzata di tutto dalle posate, piatti pentole ecc alle comode attrezzature per cucinare come forno a gas, forno micro onde, tostapane, piastra elettrica, bollitore, spremi agrumi etc..... Infine ci sono anche due bagni, uno grande con vasca e lavatrice, l'altro con doccia.

Il prezzo di locazione al mese delle camere all inclusive e' il seguente :

- camera doppia €400 per 2 persona

- camera doppia uso singola €300 per 1 persona

I prezzi si intendono all inclusive, cioè incluse tutte le spese dal condominio, acqua, energia elettrica, gas cucina, riscaldamento, internet adsl wi-fi, fino anche alla biancheria da letto e da bagno, la pulizia iniziale della camera e una pulizia mensile di tutto l'appartamento.
E' richiesta una cauzione di soli €200 che sara' restituita al termine della locazione previo controllo dell' stato della camera locata.

A Perugia rent single, double apartment in the city center in a very well served by all necessary services.
