L'appartamento, da poco ristrutturato, arredato e accessoriato, si trova in via Bonaccia, nel centro storico di Perugia. L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno, cucina abitabile completamente accessoriata, tre camere singole (costo 250 euro più 50 euro per le spese, di acqua, elettricità riscaldamento e condominio) e un bagno con doccia. C'è la televisone, la connessione internet wireless 24 h/24, lavatrice, tavolo e ferro da stiro. Fitto a studenti di qualsiasi nazionalità per periodi non inferiori a un mese.
The apartment, completely furnished, is located in the very historical centre of Perugia, in a historical building, close to the University for Foreigners (5 minutes on foot). It is constituded by a living room, a livable and furnished kitchen, three single bedrooms (250 euros per month plus bills-50 euros), one bathroom with shower.
Wireless internet and tv are also avalaible, as well as a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. I rent the rooms out to students from all countries for periods of 1 month at least.
