L'appartamento, che si trova in piazza Firenze, e' stato appena ristrutturato e buona parte dell'arredamento e' nuovo.

Il prezzo e' di 350 €/mese per un POSTO LETTO IN DOPPIA

INTERNET WIFI E TUTTE LE BOLLETTE SONO INCLUSE NELL'AFFITTO!!!!

Richiedo un solo mese di cauzione. Io non vivo nell'appartamento.

La casa si trova in via Plana 28 (vicino a p.zza Firenze) ed č servito in un raggio di 100m dai tram 1,33,14,19 dagli autobus 90,91,57,43,48,69. Ad 1 km dalla (3 fermate di autobus) si trova la fermata della metro rossa "Lotto".

L'appartamento e' composto da due stanze da letto,un salotto all'ingresso,una cucina abitabile e il bagno con doccia. Si trova al terzo piano (c'e' l'ascensore) e l'arredamento č in ottime condizioni.
