Sei a 15 minuti di tram "24" da piazza Duomo e 10 minuti dalla metropolitana “Crocetta”. L'appartamento è inserito in un complesso residenziale con annesso giardino e parco di nuova costruzione. La stanza è libera dal 1 Maggio 2015 in poi.
La stanza che affitto è la singola uso singola, completamente arredata nuova ed ha un armadio a 4 ante.
Se siete interessati chiedo 550,00 euro (affitto mensile , compreso spese condominiali, palestra condominiale) escluso le spese (luce – gas – ecc.). Il costo della luce sono circa 20 euro ogni 2 mesi, il gas dipende come si utilizza il riscaldamento essendo autonomo.
Fisso mensile 612,50 comprende affitto, pulizia casa e internet LINEA ADSL AD ALTA VELOCITA’ E TELEFONO INFOSTRADA-WIND.
La caparra è di due mesi e chiederei in caso di disdetta della camera di saperlo un mese prima.
