Ciao, sono una studentessa di 28 anni. Abito in un trilocale in Piazzale Gorini, in piena Città Studi, composto da due camere da letto abbastanza spaziose(una occupata da me), salotto, cucinotto, bagno e balcone. L'appartamento è al quarto piano con ascensore. Camera semi-arredata con possibilità di acquisto mobili. Cerco un coinquilino o una coinquilina studente o lavoratore, più o meno della mia età, italiano o straniero...possibilmente per lungo periodo. Sono una persona pulita e rispettosa della privacy e spazi altrui, e pretendo lo stesso da chi divide casa con me (okay, non sono così noiosa, però meglio precisare da subito queste cose =P ). Due delle cose che amo di più sono la musica...e il tennis! L'affitto è di 550€ al mese, incluse le spese condominiali. Le bollette sono a parte e si pagano in base ai consumi, dividendo per due, ma si tratta di poca roba. In casa c'è internet, tv, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Sotto casa passano il bus 61 e 93, che portano a San Babila e verso Viale Corsica o stazione di Lambrate. La linea 90-91 è a pochi minuti di cammino. La metro vicina è la linea verde MM2, stazioni Lambrate o Piola, entrambe raggiungibili anche a piedi, in dieci minuti. La stanza è parzialmente arredata, con la possibilità di acquistare i mobili presenti. Sotto casa c'è un po' di tutto: farmacia, piccolo supermercato, edicola, palestra (che io frequento), bar, un pub molto carino dove vado spesso e altro. Hello, I am a 28 years old student of Medicine. I live in a three-room apartment in Piazzale Gorini, in the middle of Città Studi, that consists of two good size bedrooms (one occupied by me), living-room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator. I am looking for a roommate male or female, student or employee, more or less my age, Italian or foreign. I am a very clean and respectful of privacy and space of others and expect the same from those who share the house with me (okay, I'm not so boring, but it's better clarify these things =P ). The rent is 550 € per month, including building expenses. The bills are paid separately and you are charged based on consumption, dividing by two. In the house there is the internet, tv, washing machine. Near the home there are the bus-stops of lines 61 and 93, which lead to San Babila and Viale Corsica or Lambrate Station. The bus 90-91 is a few minutes' walk away. The closest metro station is the green line MM2, stations Lambrate or Piola. They can both be reached on foot in ten minutes. The room is partially furnished, with the option to buy the furniture present. Near the house there is a bit of everything: pharmacy, small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a gym (where I go), a bar, a super nice pub (where I usually have a beer) and more.
