We are looking for a flatmate for a free single room located in Via Giuseppe Meda 31 (near Navigli -Bocconi-IULM and Statale.) The room is available from now.
The apartment is on the four (and last) floor of a very nice buiding.
There is the elevator in the building.
The apartment (70mq) is composed by:
- single bedroom;
- double bedroom;
- confortable bathroom;
- pretty kithchen.
We have Internet (Fastweb) and the cleaning woman (one time every week).
The flat is optimally linked to the centre and the other zones of Milan by tram 3, bus 90-91-59, MM2 (line green/Romolo) underground (please see www.atm-mi.it).
Near our flat you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, laundries and much else besides.
The monthly rent is of Eur 500,00 plus other expensive ( gas, electricity...).
