Il costo mensile della camera è di 500€ comprensivo di spese per acqua, luce gas e collegamento internet.

Hello, my name is Donatella, I'm 58 years old andI'm renting a room in my appartment.
The room is about 20 mq, it is furnished with a double bed, a small desk and a cupboard. The bathroom and the kitchen are in common with me and maybe another person, if I'll find another flat mate. I also have a cat.
The price is 500€/month and includes electricity, gas, heating/air conditioning, use of the washing machine, wireless internet connection and phone calls in Italy (no cell-phones).
it's a very well connected area: Centrale train station is quite close, Maciacchini metro station is only 5 walking minutes away and there are many buses and trams stopping nearby.
The room is free from 1 juily 2013.
