L'appartamento si trova in Via Veneto, a 600 metri da Porta S.Biagio, 800 metri dalla stazione dei treni, 200 metri dalla fermata bus FSE ed STP. Per quanto riguarda il trasposto pubblico urbano sotto casa passano le linee 31, 32, 33 e 34 (Porta Rudie, v.le dell’Università/Ateneo, Sperimentale Tabacchi, Parlangeli, Santa Rosa, Salesiani) e pochi metri più avanti la linea 27 per l'Ecotekne (da quest'anno c'è il nuovo giro che passa da viale Otranto), la 26 (via Birago, v.le dell’Università/Ateneo,) ed ancora 21, 23, 24, 25, 29. The apartment is situated in Via Veneto at 600 meters from Porta San Biagio (one of the entrance gates to the old town), 800 meters from the train station, 200 meters from the bus to the airport of Brindisi. Regarding the urban bus, downstairs there are the lines 31, 32, 33, 34, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29. So it is perfectly connected with all the faculties of the University: Ecotekne, Porta Napoli (Ateneo), Foro Boario, Viale De Pietro (Parlangeli), Salesiani. Finally there are free parking, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, bank, post office and so on.
The flat is on the first floor and it is organized as follows: entrance, double room with balcony, 2 single rooms with window, bathroom with shower, kitchen with balcony equipped with cutlery and crockery. The apartment is bright and quiet, have been made some renovation (new electrical system, new boiler, painting, ...) and have been changed almost all the furniture and appliances.
