Ho un appartamento a San Fruttuoso, molto spazioso ed elegante, composto da quattro camere singole, bagno e cucina. Il bagno ha la doccia, la lavatrice e un antibagno con il lavabo. La cucina ha un balcone, comodo per stendere, lavastoviglie ed è molto ben attrezzata per quanto riguarda le stoviglie. L'appartamento è al terzo piano con ascensore. Tutte la stanze hanno nuovissime finestre di PVC.
Due delle camere singole saranno libere da luglio. La prima è una stanza grande, con balconcino con tavolino e sedie, aria condizionata e attacco TV. Ha un letto singolo con comodino, armadio, mobile contenitore con cassetti, libreria, due poltrone (una con poggiapiedi elettrico), scrivania e due sedie. L'altra è molto grande con aria condizionata e presa TV. Ha letto matrimoniale con due comodini, armadio a otto ante, cassettone con specchiera, scarpiera, tavolo apribile e una poltrona. La richiesta per ciascuna stanza è €310 al mese, comprensivo di spese di amministrazione e riscaldamento centralizzato. Sono escluse le spese di luce, gas, Internet, che si aggirano sulle €25 al mese a testa. Biancheria da letto e da bagno disponibili su richiesta, senza supplementi.
L'appartamento si trova a San Fruttuoso, in una zona molto ben servita da negozi, supermercati e mezzi pubblici. L'autobus per la Stazione Brignole e la metropolitana passa davanti a casa e la fermata è a due passi. La Facoltà di Medicina è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.
Hello, I have a flat in Genoa, with two single rooms which will be free as from 1st June.
The flat is a very nice, clean and elegant flat, made up of four single bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and an anti-bathroom with the wash-basin. The well equipped kitchen has a balcony, useful for hanging out the laundry, dishwasher and an electric oven. The flat is on the third floor with lift. All rooms have newly installed double windows.
One of the rooms is a large room, with a balcony with table and chairs, airconditioning and TV plug. There are a single bed and night-table, a wardrobe, a piece of furniture with drawers and cupboards, a bookcase, a desk and chair and two armchairs.The terms are €310, per month, including all expenses except gas, light and the Internet. Bed and bath linen are available on request at no extra cost.
The other room has air-conditioning and TV plug. It is furnished with a king-size double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers with large mirror, folding table, arm-chair and two chairs. The terms are €310, gas, electricity and Internet excluded (more or less €25 per month).
The flat is situated at San Fruttuoso, a district not far from the town centre and very convenient for shops, supermarkets and buses. The bus stop is only a few steps from the front door and it takes about 10 minutes by bus to get to Brignole Station and to the underground station. San Martino Hospital is at walking distance.
