Posizione: vicinissima alla stazione centrale, ma NON si sente rumore dei treni (siamo al 7° piano, e i treni alta-velocità passano al lato opposto della stazione, a -3 piani sotto terra). PRICE: 420 euro/month plus bill (about 500 euro/month all bills and local taxes included).
AVAILABILITY: the room is available at the said price of 300 euro all inclusive for the sole month of AUGUST 2015 (from September in forward price rises up to 420 euro/month, plus 80 euros for bills).
We have very fast Internet 24h24 wireless(VODAFONE), and also internet wireless flat rate is included in the bills abovementioned.

Apartment situated at the 7th floor (of course, with elevator), not noisy at all, because, notwithstanding the near train station, the fast trains since last year go only on the opposite side at - 3 floors underground. Central heating, all rooms full of light, new furnitures, wide bathroom (equipped both with bathtube and shower, and with brand new washing machine). Wide windows and balconies in the whole apartment, from inside you can see the park of Montagnola and the famous green Bologna's hills and St. Luca Chatedral.
