My small, cozy two-room has a pleasant bohemian atmosphere perfectly in character with the multi-ethnic area where it is located. In the heart of the Flea Market, the famous Balon (every Saturday) and Gran Balon (every second Sunday). Enjoy the small terrace a few hundred meters from Piazza Castello!

The flat can comfortably host two people and you will feel at home. It is on the first floor with elevator and it is composed by living-room, a small dining area with fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave, bedroom with double sofa bed, TV, radio / CD, full bathroom with shower. In the courtyard there’s a small restaurant of good piedmont cuisine at affordable prices. It is also very quiet, which means you might hear the birds singing in the morning or late afternoon, even though you are so close to transportation and the lively neighbourhood. Borgo Dora area is picturesque and multi-ethnic with a Parisian feel, about 10 minutes' walk from Piazza Castello through the famous market of Porta Palazzo, one of the largest open-air markets of Europe. On the Via Borgo Dora there are many antique shops and brocanteurs and also several cafes where you can eat or just have a drink.
I rent the whole apartment, so you will have it all at your disposal. Naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, the house is old, there is no air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It is accessed by a gate on a balcony full of plants (there is also a beautiful wisteria) and the furniture is composite, absolutely in character with the area for a friendly and informal mix, very practical.
You can read the books ( almost all in Italian, but some are in French and few in English) and play the cds as soon as you threat them well. If you smoke you will enjoy the small terrace surrounded by plants where you can sit and enjoy sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
At the end of the street towards the river Dora is an air balloon in honor of the old airfield that gives name to the district and its flea market, Balon = balloon, from which you can admire the city scape from 250 meters height. It is very well connected by public transport with the main stations and the rest of the city.
Friendly and informal, my small apartment will be a pleasant experience in a bohemian setting, almost Parisian ...
